Thank you for shopping with TheGameCacheAZ.com! Our goal is to get your games and collectibles to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and guidelines.

1. Order Processing Time

We are committed to fast processing. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday) of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged and a shipping label has been created.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.

  • Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (before taxes and after any discounts are applied). This offer is valid for shipments within the Continental United States.

  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, OnTrac. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method from the available options at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we entrust our carriers to deliver packages promptly, delays can occasionally occur. We consider a package to be lost if the tracking information has not shown any updates for 10 consecutive business days.

If your package meets this criterion, please contact us at contact@TheGameCacheAZ.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. After we confirm the package is lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement (if the item is in stock) or a full refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products, especially collectibles. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at contact@TheGameCacheAZ.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will provide you with instructions for a return and will work to send a replacement or issue a refund.

6. Customer Responsibility & Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Thompson Online Media LLC (DBA TheGameCacheAZ.com) is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at the customer's expense.

7. International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. The customer is responsible for all such charges. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
