Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and exchanges.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. You may choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please see the specific condition requirements below.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To ensure a smooth return process, all items must meet the following conditions:

Sealed Products: Any new items sold in factory-sealed packaging (such as booster boxes, board games, or sealed packs) must be returned with the factory seal intact and unopened.

Opened or Used Items: Pre-owned or opened items (such as TCG singles, individual sports cards, or used board games) must be returned with all original parts, pieces, and components. Cards must be in the same condition as when they were sent.

Apparel: Any apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these standards.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@thegamecacheaz.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please let us know if you are requesting a refund or store credit.

Receive Instructions: We will reply with confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.

Ship Your Item: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address below.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds and Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges
The most efficient way to process an exchange is to return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the new item you want doesn't go out of stock while you are waiting for your return to be processed.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or is incorrect, please refer to our Shipping Policy and contact us immediately at contact@thegamecacheaz.com. These cases are handled separately from standard returns, and we will cover any associated shipping costs.
